Mildred L. Everidge, age 94, of South Rockwood, passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018 in the comfort of her home. Born on June 26, 1924 in Louisa, Kentucky, she was the daughter of William and Sarah (Diamond) Collins. She married James L. Everidge. She was employed with Airport High School as a Bus Driver for 20 years until retiring in 1986. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, husband James and grandson James Joseph Everidge. She is survived by her sons David (Karen) Everidge of Woodhaven and James (Linda) Everidge, Jr. of Cheboygan; brother, William Collins of Fort Worth, TX and a sister Joann Collins of Trenton; 4 grandchildren Andrea Mead, John Everidge, Debra Yancey and Deanna Smith and 9 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to the Carleton VFW. Cremation has taken place. There are no services at this time.
